All certified caregivers sent into a client’s home work under and are supervised by a registered nurse. At the start of home care services a nurse will make an in-home visit to assess the client and supervise the aide. During this important visit the nurse will develop a Plan of Care which will outline in detail the required care for each individual client. This Plan is reviewed with both the client and the aide to insure they know what is required and the scope of responsibility. Certified caregivers and their clients receive ongoing supervision and in-home visits from the registered nurse to amend the level of care as needed and to maintain the quality care Towne Nursing clients are accustomed to.
The only way to make sure we are providing the best possible care to our clients is to be available to you any time. Therefore, our clients and our caregivers have access to our clinical and coordinating support team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our staff is here to answer your questions, offer you advice and assist with any of your needs or concerns.
