Four steps from first call to first visit
Call us
Tell us what's going on. We listen, ask a few clarifying questions, and answer yours. There is no pressure to commit to anything on this call.
Free assessment
A Towne liaison visits your loved one at home. They meet the family, review the daily routine, and identify the level of support that actually fits.
Care plan & match
We take the time to understand your loved one's needs, preferences, and routines, then develop a personalized care plan and match them with a caregiver who complements their personality and care needs.
Care begins
Your caregiver arrives. Care starts. We stay in close contact during the first weeks to make sure the match is working and adjust the plan as needs change.
No script. Just a real conversation.
The first call usually takes about 15 minutes. Here is what we'll cover together so you know what to expect.
Who are you caring for?
A parent, a spouse, a grandparent. We ask so we understand who the care is actually for, not just who is making the call.
What's going on right now?
Whether it's a recent hospital stay, a new diagnosis, a fall, memory changes, or simply the growing responsibilities of caring for a loved one, we start by listening. We want to understand your situation, your concerns, and how we can help.
What kind of help do you think you need?
A few hours a week, full days, overnight support, or 24/7 live-in care. Not sure? Most families aren't. Our experienced care professionals will take the time to understand your situation, answer your questions, and help identify the level of support that makes the most sense.
Are there any specific concerns or preferences?
Language, dementia experience, male or female caregiver, hospice support, mobility needs. Anything that matters to your family, we make sure matters to us.
